I can’t wait to do things like Skip to My Lou’s Craft Camp with my kiddos. Baby probably won’t be ready by next summer, but for sure in 2012. We’ll be crafting the summer away :)
Just Because
This is my idea of maternity chic. I love the belt. I have gold sandals that would match perfectly. I saw this somewhere a few weeks ago and saved it to my desktop. Labeled it “Pregger Fashion”. Now I have no idea where I found it. If you know, or run across it … fill […]
In honor of post #200 here is a bit of something and a bit of nothing about me … just 20 things since 200 seems a bit overboard :) My Dad taught me to drive when I was 7. It was just a golf cart, but still … I buzzed through the woods and up […]
To combat stress
The beginning of anxiety is the end of faith, and the beginning of true faith is the end of anxiety. –George Mueller You will never learn faith in comfortable surroundings. God gives us the promises in a quiet hour; God seals our covenants with great and gracious words, then He steps back and waits to […]
When I packed up my closet last week I strategically laid out my clothes for this week. I was trying to plan ahead, know full well I wouldn’t have a chance to get everything unpacked before work.Bad idea. Bad idea on many levels. One … I apparently do not estimate my new size well. Two … The […]
A fortune for me, a fortune for baby
I had a craving for Panda Express today. Something about that orange chicken is incredibly tempting. Good thing I did, because I got two great fortunes (you know because, preggers can’t have just one fortune cookies) … Your confidence will lead you to success. The wise thing to do is to prepare for the unexpected.
More on Moving
No need to sugar coat things. Moving is tough. It’s unsettling to be in a new place that doesn’t yet feel like home. Moving isn’t fun and I prefer fun. Yesterday morning I couldn’t find the box with my hairspray. I guess I was the ring leader for a new holiday — “Flat Hair Day”. […]
The Big Move
Yesterday morning I left one home and after work I drove to my new home. Our entire life had been loaded into a truck and off we went on another crazy moving adventure. Throughout the day my mom sent me picture updates while I was at work so I could stay involved in the process. […]
Crazy Schedule of a Crazy Mama
Saturday my bestie, Mallory, arrived in town from Boise. We walked, talked, drank decaf coffee, went out to eat, and went to bed early (like all good pregnant girls do). My mom and sisters arrived on Sunday for my first baby shower which was smashing :) Pictures soon …Today, Monday, is moving day. AH!!!! My […]
If baby is a girl I will be terribly tempted to order this crib quilt. Liberty of London’s patterns (from Target) are amazing and are just the right price ($29.99)!

Baby Bond
I ran across a steal ($10) for what seems to be an awesome nursing cover from Baby Bond. Mine came in the mail today so I gave Dominic a fashion show so he could see how easy it is to use (he was mildly amused) … now all I need is a baby! This cover […]
