21. Dominic and I bicker about TV shows often. To resolve them we have instigated “us shows” meaning a show that we can both enjoy/tolerate. There are few shows in the “us” category. You see, Dominic prefers anything reality – ANYTHING, even the housewives crap. I prefer all things drama – Lost, Pan Am, Grey’s Anatomy, Private Practice, etc. Current us shows include — Survivor, 19 Kids and Counting, and Sister Wives.
22. My new favorite thing to thrift for is fabric – I don’t have a whole lotta projects to show for my recent finds. But, I’ve got a ton of ideas mulling around in my mind :)
23. My favorite celebrity is Elisabeth Hasselbeck. I’ve loved her ever since Survivor.
24. My 3 favorite household chores are cooking, dishes, and laundry. I enjoy being creative in the kitchen, the quickness of dishes, and there is no better feeling than beating the laundry game (empty hamper, empty washer, empty dryer). Least favorite are bathrooms, floors, and grocery shopping.
25. In 09/10 I had a little Extreme Couponer phase (I was never close to the show though). All I have left to show for it is too many bottles of shampoo. At least they were all super cheap!
26. I’m going to start watching “Once Upon a Time” on ABC.com. Is anyone else watching this?
27. I selfishly want to get pregnant again so I have clear skin. During my pregnancy with Jemma I don’t think I had one zit – best. thing. ever.
28. Matryoshka dolls are my latest obsession. Have you seen my Pinterest board?
29. During high school I identified with most of Shania Twain’s UP album. It spoke to me. All 17 years of my love-torn, she-woman, boot stompin’ life :)
30. In college I took a leadership position in admissions. The summer before I started, as part of our training, we were required to go on a trip called Walkabout. I don’t do outdoors. Especially overnight. Even more, not for 7 days. But that’s what I did – hiking all around Mt. Adams, sleeping outside, eating outside, and doing my business … you guessed it, outside. It’s a miracle I survived.

My husband and I barely like the same shows. When we find one we both like it becomes "our" show and wer aren't allowed to watch it without each other. I will trade you grocery shopping if you do my laundry… just even the folding and putting away. I love cooking and grocery shopping.
I don't know what it is about grocery shopping – my mom loves it too. I get so frustrated trying to read ingredients, find the best deal, stay within my budget, and plan meals. I watch Once Upon the Time and like it; my husband likes Grimm more. I too want to be pregnant again for clear skin….the first time I had it since I was a baby. I am really hoping my LO gets my husbands clear sign genes.
I love both Once Upon A Time AND Grimm! Mostly because Grimm is filmed here in town and we walk by their filming locations a lot down here in the Pearl!
