Currently

This is my new scarf from EcoShag, I have worn it 3 days in a row, it’s that awesome
Reading: The Other Baby Book. It’s stellar and should be required reading for all mamas. Like the government should mandate it. Well … not really, but it’s that good and useful. Not full of scare tactics and nonsense from insurance companies. I need a new novel though … recommendations?

Watching: Nothing! Our TiVo hasn’t made the move yet and I don’t know when shows are on and I hate channel surfing. I watched the finale for both Gray’s Anatomy (OMG) and Private Practice, but since then, I’ve been pretty much TV-less. Well, accept for a few rounds of Lilo & Stitch. We are hoping to take a family vacation next summer to Hawaii to visit some friends who will be stationed there  so I figured Jem should start practicing her Lilo hula moves now.

Anticipating: Tomorrow! It’s moving day. This means that Dominic will be doing all the heavy lifting at the house while I get together with a few ladies for a little going away/baby shower. I’m excited to see everyone!

Laughing about: Jemma’s obsession with shoes. She feels the need to always have them on. ALWAYS. She can be roaming around in a dipe and be perfectly content … as long as she has shoes on her feet.

Listening to: The Hairspray soundtrack. My sisters and I are all on the couch … I’m blogging (obviously) and Hannah is painting Katie’s nails with the fabulous Butter London polish that I’m obsessed with.
Eating: Grilled turkey, havarti, and apple on sourdough. Best sandwich ever. I also had lemonade, my true love this pregnancy. Simply Lemonade is my fave by far. Tomorrow Hannah and I are going out for curry lunch. I’m always thinking about food.
Working on: A really awesome post for later this month all about supporting small businesses. It’s gonna feature a number of the shops over on the right and I can’t wait!
Wishing: I could wake up in the morning completely ready – clothes, hair, make-up – the whole shebang. Wouldn’t that make life so much simpler?

    Lol about the shoes. Skyler was the same way about coats at that age, he got so upset if we asked him to take one off. Even in summer he had to have a jacket. Silly kids.
