Style File | Not

Well, hello hello. Here’s a little peek at real life – pretty much a rotation of leggings and skinny jeans. Or a fresh pair of pajamas after my midday shower if we aren’t going anywhere. What can I say, life in the ‘burbs is pretty relaxed in the fashion department.
A few style highlights worth mentioning though …
  1. Men’s sweatshirts (top left) are 10 times more comfortable than women’s sweatshirts. They’re longer and cozier and fit swell if you just buy one size down.
  2. Skinny turquoise jeans (top right) from your sister’s closet make for very happy days. Thanks for the loan, Kate!
  3. The best of the best! Awesome + fabulous new tee from the Goodwill Outlet (bottom left) … it says “I can’t hear you over the sound of my swag”.
  4. Pumpkin patch flannel and Hunters (bottom right) – practically pajamas in the comfort category. AND … super Hunter deal over at Costco! Only $80 plus tax :)
So, if you’re wondering if I dress up for preschool pick-up. I think these photos are pretty clear evidence that I don’t :)

I want you to know that #3 made me laugh out loud! It's raining/snowing here, and I'm doing OT, 4 drop offs of kids' clothes I'm selling and preschool drop off/pick up. #3 is how I look and feel today! I can't wait to get home and snuggle under a cozy blanket!

Wow, I must be a complete letdown to everyone around me because I look like this 99% of the time. I almost never dress up unless I am going to one of the kids' schools, date night, or a holiday event. I do wear makeup if that even makes a difference in the least. HA!

I also do not dress up to drop my kids off or pick them up. Your outfits look about the same as what I've been wearing lately ahha

lol, you are way more stylish than me. i am such a jeans and tank top gal, even in the winter. I think I only throw a hoodie over my tank during the colder months. but then again being pregnant again there is not much I am comfortable in anymore.

I try to buy guys sweat shirts all the time for that same reason! And I live between leggings, sweatpants and skinnies.
