While Dominic and I were dating we often doubled with Anton and Tasha … late nights at Applebee’s were common for the four of us. More evenings than I can count, I ended up crashing on her couch since we were up early the next day for church. Tasha’s hospitality amazes me! She lives in Texas now and still offered to host a baby shower for me. Now that’s southern hospitality :)
I’ve got a handful of friends who have some unique (like, bad unique) sister-in-laws. I’m blessed when it comes to Tasha. She is anything, but bad unique. She is a strong woman, faithful friend and fantastic mother. Since Karrington was born last July I have watched her grow into mom shoes with grace. I’m excited to learn about motherhood alongside her in the coming months; I know she will be a great source of encouragement as I weather the first year.
I’m pretty sure we’ll force our kids to become pen pals too :) Nothing like having a cousin in a far off land like Washington or Texas to trade treats, pictures and presents!
Thank you Tasha for being a such a supportive sister-in-law. My little one is lucky to have an Aunt Tasha!
