My best girlfriend is a huge peanut butter fan and recently she introduced me to her favorite peanut butter alternative. I mean, nothing really takes the place of peanut butter. But, when you’re trying to stretch groceries and eat a little healthier, you get creative.
Hence, Greek yogurt peanut butter apple dip was born!
With this dip you get a great peanut butter flavor, but a little lighter consistency thanks to the Greek yogurt. It’s beyond delicious. Definitely my favorite snack these days.
Often we will double or triple this recipe so we can snack and dip all week long. Give a regular batch a go, but be ready to make it again! And again and again!
Greek Yogurt Peanut Butter Apple Dip
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and combine well with a fork.
- Serve with sliced apples.
