Yesterday I mentioned that magnesium is now in my vitamin regimen. One of the benefits is sleep, so you are supposed to take it before bed. Last night I mixed a 1/2 teaspoon in 2 ounces of water and guzzled it down (raspberry-lemon flavor, yum!). Then, I snuggled into bed and didn’t wake up until 6:30 am!
That’s right, no tossing and turning, no bathroom breaks. I was out like a light ALL NIGHT LONG. Oh, the wonders of magnesium!
