- When/why did you start blogging? I started this blog in early 2010 to chronicle my journey towards motherhood. Before, I was That Girl Gretchen … much less exciting blog of random recipes and fun adventures we had as a newlywed couple. I blog to keep in touch with family, to remember awesome ideas/articles/projects that I would otherwise forget and now I blog for mom community!
- What is one thing you are going to do this week that is WAY cooler than going to BlogHer? I’m have TWO baby showers. One with my dad’s side of the family and another one with church friends. It is going to be lovely to see everyone from home!
- Share a post that you think says a lot about you or is your favorite. The post documenting our baby’s heartbeat is still one of favorites … check it out!

Get ready for the ride of your life, becoming a mom! I have 3 kids and we didn't find out their gender either until they entered into this world. Best moment ever!
