Nothing like a little summer heat to get your mouth watering for some fresh fruit! Bradley is a big proponent of natural foods such as this … especially because of their high Vitamin C content.

Here is some of what I’ll be chomping on:

  • KIWI – Great source of of potassium, magnesium, Vitamin E and fiber. Kiwis Vitamin C content is twice that of an orange.
  • APPLE – Low on Vitamin C content, but it has antioxidants & flavonoids which enhances the activity of Vitamin C.
  • STRAWBERRY – They have the highest total antioxidant power among major fruits. My favorite way to each strawberries is atop pound cake or with sour cream and brown sugar … just dip in sour cream, dip in brown sugar and YUM!
  • ORANGE – Helps to bulk up the immune system and keep colds away.
  • WATERMELON – A total thirst quencher since it is composed of 92% water. Lots of Vitamin C and Potassium too.
  • GUAVA & PAPAYA – Best source for Vitamin C.

    Ya, love the sour cream/brown sugar addition:) Don't forget the cream cheese and marshmallow creme dip….ANY fruit is great with that!!!!
