Corn Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can whole kernel corn drained
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1/2 cup salted butter melted
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
  • Pour into a large, greased baking dish (or Texas-shaped cast iron!)
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean and the top is golden brown.
