The Holiday Gift Guide For Mamas

Merry almost Christmas!

I’ve been curating this list of gift ideas for mamas for months now and I’m so excited to share! These are things I LOVE, things on my personal wish list, and things I know you’ll adore too!

Before we get to it, a little disclaimer … some links are affiliates which mean I earn a little percent if you purchase through it. Your price doesn’t change. But it does add up for me, so, thank you for shopping with me when you can! A few items I was gifted to review, but I wouldn’t for one minute share if I didn’t think they were fantastic. And, one of my very favorite gift ideas (this one!) down below has a coupon code you can use!

Now, on to what you’re waiting for … the gift guide!

Simple, Everyday Jewelry

Classic quality – that’s what you will find at AU-Rate! I especially love their selection of earrings … from studs to ear jackets, they have options for everyone. And almost all are available in rose gold, my absolute favorite! The gift box each item arrives in is the softest pink with Tiffany’s flair. So so beautiful to gift. I have a pair of midi bars and honestly can’t wait to pick out something else soon. AU-Rate is high on my wish list!

Polaroid Pop Instant Digital Camera

Polaroid has taken classic Polaroid fun and expanded it with the new Polaroid Pop Instant Digital Camera. With it you can easily take photos, customize with filters/borders/text and more, then print! You can also connect your phone through wi-fi and print photos saved there in the hip Polaroid style. Seamless, easy fun!

Medterra CBD

I’ve shared about Medterra on Instagram and it definitely deserves a place here … we love their products! And, with so much of January being focused on health and wellness it isn’t one bit odd to gift something like CBD.

Dominic loves the Medterra CBD Tincture and Good Morning Capsules and the new Rapid Cooling Roll-On is a must with my running regimen.

Crazy Cool Threads

My wish list at Crazy Cool Threads is a mile long! First up, the PRAY sweatshirt. I love “Put Your Armor On” tee, “No Shadow” sweatshirt, and the “So Will I” tee too.

Birdling Bag

I will have my washed olive Weekender from Birdling until I die. Dramatic, maybe? True? Very. Next I’m dreaming of the Day Tripper (this could be a perfect diaper bag for a new mama!) or the Backpacker … I just can’t decide which size I’d use most!

RTIC Tumblers + Coolers

If a Yeti type mug has been on your wish list, you’ve got to try out RTIC. They work just as well, but at a fraction of the price! Dominic and I both have Tumblers and we have a Soft Pack Cooler that can keep ice solid for three days. THREE. DAYS. It’s perfect for day outings and longe road trips. Totally one of those useful gifts, but something that will be truly appreciated when in action.

Family Films with Sam

You knew I’d have an A+ learning type gift in here, right?

I’ve had my eye on Family Films with Sam for a bit now and finally got the chance to try it. Holy moly. I’m going to become a video making pro! And, well, even if I don’t, our family is still going to have amazing glimpses of these oh so precious days. Gone are my dreams of deluxe scrapbooks, Family Films with Sam is the gift that is going to give to our family all year long! Watch the promo video here and if you decide to sign up, use code GRETCHEN for $5 off!

Vida Verde Home Candles

This summer I won a giveaway from Vida Verde Home and have been singing their praises ever since. These candles are just scrumptious! And they just came out with coconut wax in addition to the soy ones. Very Anthro if you ask me! I literally ran out of room in my graphic above, but you can peek at this prettiness right here :) The scents are not overhwelming at all, rather a subtle drift of cleanliness and peace.

World Vision Gift Catalog

If you find that you don’t need anything for Christmas (which, hello, what do we really NEED for Christmas?!?), put your funds towards something meaningful in the World Vision Gift Catalog! We’ve shop from World Vision for years now and it’s always so fun to see what the kids are draw to.

This year World Vision has a special collection designed by Patricia Heaton called The Grace Collection – you can read more about how it came together here, it’s such a beautiful story full of symbolism! If you’d like to help where it’s needed most with a monetary gift, you will receive The Grace Collection as a thank you. You can then keep or gift the timeless necklace, scarf, or bracelet as you wish.

Silk + Sonder Planner

I’ve never used the same planner two years in a row. I keep thinking I should really just design my own so it can be uniquely mine and house all the bits and pieces I need. But then I stumbled upon Silk + Sonder. I think I’ve found my dream come true! It’s half planner, half journal, and beyond beautiful! I’m especially in love with the habit tracker … can you imagine a better way to stay on track in the new year?

Skylight Digital Frame

I had the opportunity to review a Skylight earlier this year and it’s so wonderful! You email photos to it and they appear … just like that! I’m awful at printing photos and our Skylight helps keep current photos alive and well in our living room. We purchased one for my dad recently and it has been such a great way to keep grandkid photos floating his way too!

Kitchen Essentials

Is it totally cliche to gift a mama a kitchen tool? Maybe … but if it’s a really awesome one, I sure wouldn’t be sad!

First up, a fish turner. I rarely use this for fish, but I sure do love it! Such a versatile tool! Next up, Bee’s Wrap! I’m training myself to use this more often and every time I do, I’m happy that I’m creating less waste. Then there this bagel slicer …. doesn’t take up much space and gives you the perfect cut every time. And, last but not least, anything and everything from Pampered Chef. I especially love the cookie scoop and smooth-edge can opener. You can order from my girl, Marisa anytime … which, fun fact, was one of my childhood babysitters!

Rabbit Planter

I’ve had this sweet rabbit planter on my Amazon Wish List for ages. Isn’t it just the cutest! Pick up a little plant at Trader Joe’s (they always have such a lovely selection) and you’ve got a sweet little gift ready to go!

The Original Stretchlace

These laces are the perfect stocking stuffer! Can you tell I LOVE functional gifts? Available in gobs of colors and flat or round laces, The Original Stretchlace turn regular tie shoes into slip-ons … YES!

ECOOKING – food for your skin

Recently I tried to save a little with some drugstore skincare products. And, well, let’s just same I’m not in the drugstore phase of life. My skin was not happy. Back to higher end, high quality products I go!

ECOOKING is my latest discovery and I can’t say enough good things about their Day Cream and Night Cream. I’m a sucker for thick, luscious creams and ECOOKING delivers! Also … Vitamin E! Such a simple serum, but a true miracle worker. Truly, food for your skin!

The Mint Gardener

If you have an ounce of artsy interest, you’ll fall in love with The Mint Gardener’s new books Modern Watercolor Botanicals and The Plant Lady. Through them you’ll learn to draw the most gorgeous blooms, or, if drawing isn’t up your alley, peacefully color artist Sarah’s Simon’s pretty designs. Truly, Sarah’s work is a dream! You’ve got to follow her on Instagram @themintgardener … her watercolor videos are the most peaceful thing EVER!

What’s on your Christmas wish list? I’d love to hear what you’re loving and wishing for!
