It has been quite the December!
Packing, moving, unpacking, and then, Christmas! We managed to put up our tree on the 23rd and decorated as part of the Christmas celebration before opening gifts with family on the 24th. And now I’m going to leave it all up through January, because, why not!
My sister baked gingerbread with the big kids and Eli thoroughly enjoyed all the snuggles. Reid doesn’t have many words, but he has learned how to heartily exclaim, “cookie!”. My other sis took the kids out in the snow because WE HAD A WHITE CHRISTMAS! Jemma’s biggest wish :)
We feel so blessed to be in our new home this holiday season and we cannot wait for a year of settling in. Stay tuned for my word of the year as we float towards the beginning of 2018. It’s a good one!
