Hence, I’ve been crafting a plan to board a plane and visit for a week. Maybe forever based on her divine Instagram photos of family beach days, lagoons and warm sunshine!
The budget might say otherwise, but that doesn’t stop me from dreaming! And technically, it could become a reality if the right flight deal comes along! I’m on the look out, that’s for sure! I mean, I’ve already got a fabulous suit and what more do you need in Hawaii?
The suit. Oh, the suit. It’s super versatile for postpartum bodies like mine – high waist to mask some lingering stretch marks OR it can become a one piece! I’ve never seen a suit that can do that! Along with a chic suit I usually carry a simple cover up and sandals for an easy beach to restaurant transitions and you can’t forget an easy read! My sister recommended The Testing based on my love for Divergent and The Hunger Games. Most importantly, sun protection — sunnies, hat and safe sunscreen. Last, but not least, I’m totally swooning over that shimmer bag. Beach perfection. That’s what I say.
And now, I’m floating down from cloud nine … back to the rain … back to my North Face and galoshes. Hawaii, I’ll see you soon. Hopefully.
